I am a veterinarian who does in home behavior consultations. I started my career in general practice and I began to see how behavior problems greatly impacted my clients’ relationships with their pets. I discovered a pet’s behavior problem was as much a threat to its well-being as a serious illness. This sparked a desire for me to focus my professional continuing education on veterinary behavioral medicine so that I could help protect the bond between people and their pets.
